Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 (1) no. 1 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG).
Note on online dispute resolution. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and the underlying Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 has been repealed. Referring or linking to that platform is therefore no longer permitted and must not appear in any Snapories document or on any Snapories page.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we will remove the content concerned without undue delay.
Liability for links
Our offering contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot assume any liability for that third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements at the time of linking; no unlawful content was discernible at that time. Ongoing content monitoring of linked pages is not reasonable without specific indications of an infringement. Upon becoming aware of infringements, we will remove such links without undue delay.
