The whole engine is built around one rule: keep the person. Same face, same pose, same smile — we only add the costume, the props, the world. Drag the slider: she gets a captain's coat, a tricorn hat and a lace jabot, and the exact frames of her own glasses are still sitting on her nose. It's a photobooth, not a face-swap.
