Scarcity is the feature. A limited film roll — say 24 shots, like a disposable camera — makes people slow down and take the shots that actually matter. You end up with a beautiful, curated gallery instead of five hundred near-identical frames. You choose the roll size per guest when you create the event.

Their film roll is done — that's the intentional part. They can still browse the live gallery, download their favourites, and use any remaining AI photobooth credits (the booth has its own camera, so booth shots don't use up your film roll). As the host, you can top up allowances if you'd like.

Each AI photobooth creation uses one credit. You choose how many credits each guest gets when you create the event. Generating an image takes real AI compute, so credits keep it fair and predictable across your guest list.

Absolutely. Get the whole crew into the booth shot and everyone gets suited up together — astronauts, cowboys, a 1920s gala. It works for one person or a full table.

In the region you pick for the event — the EU (Frankfurt) or the US (Virginia). Data stays in-region, encrypted at rest, and we never use it for advertising. See our privacy page for the details.

Every image is screened by a safety filter to keep you protected. Sometimes photos with kids, or some of the wilder photobooth ideas, get blocked — if that happens, just try another photo or a different idea.

Yes. Hosts can bulk-download the full-resolution gallery and then erase the event with one action. While the event is running it's your call what stays up — hide any photo in one tap, and block a guest who is not playing nicely. Erasure is straightforward — it's a GDPR-first product.

Yes — as long as the event hasn't started and no guests have joined yet, you can reschedule or cancel for a full refund from your dashboard. After it starts, contact us and we'll help.

When you book, you get a one-time admin master key alongside your email login. It gives you full admin rights to your event if you ever lose access to your inbox. Keep it somewhere safe and don't share it.
